MindWorks prove aftersales isn't an afterthought

For Suzuki, aftersales is a way of life, as is their commitment to motorsport, so when they combined these two elements in a recent promotion, it wasn't really a surprise.

But with so much to offer the consumer, the task of combining these elements was never going to be an easy one, so they turned to the MindWorks team to deliver a solution.

Robert Cooper Account Manager says: "To really deliver the message to Suzuki racers we used a device that was bound to be familiar to them, the 'pit board'. At MindWorks we put as much thought into this job as Suzuki do new products, after all after sales shouldn't be an afterthought".
